About Radius

At Radius, we develop communication that makes a difference. For companies and organisations. For people. And for society. We master classic communication disciplines, but we are not particularly preoccupied with labelling it as public affairs, corporate communication, PR, branding, content marketing – or just plain marketing.

Disciplines are tools that lead to results. And create value. Because that is ultimately what we have in common with our clients: The ambition to achieve goals – and make a real difference. That has been our focus since 2003 – and still is.

We are roughly 50 people, driven by a strong sense of solidarity. We all share the joy of solving projects together and with our clients. Because in the end, the people who matter the most are those, who trust us to help them achieve the next success. Or move on from the last misstep. That is what makes it fun to go to work every day. We know that our consultancy and support creates value and means something to the people we help. That what we do matters.

Our consultancy crosses geographical borders and consumption patterns. And positions and silos. At Radius, the common factor is that our clients are in the hands of a team of people, who each contribute with their own strengths, experience and competencies to create stories worth sharing.

We strive to keep pushing the boundaries of communication and to do things even better today than we did yesterday.

Our history

Radius was founded in 2003 by our CEO, Nicolaj Taudorf Andersen, and today we have three additional partners, Kasper Ibsen Beck, Mads Bech Larsen and Henrik Fallesen.

We are partners of Worldcom Public Relations Group, a global partnership between independent communication agencies. WorldCom has 2,000 advisors in 49 countries.

The Board at Radius consists of two partners and three professional board members, who represent some of Denmark’s strongest skillsets within the fields of communications, strategy and business development.

Our values

Our values constitute the basis of every aspect of our business. They tell the story of who we are and reflect the very core of our consultancy:

Career

Process

Radius’ employees are recruited from diverse professional and educational backgrounds. Some have experience from the country’s biggest companies, NGO’s and agencies, whilst others have worked in national public administrations or for political parties. Each of us contribute with our own strengths, experience and competencies to create stories worth sharing.

You are more than welcome to reach out or send us an application, if you can see yourself as part of our team – as advisor, specialist or intern.

Apply for a job

We are constantly on the lookout for ambitious and qualified colleagues, who want to help push the boundaries of communication. If you come from an academic or journalistic background and can identify with our values, feel free to contact COO Jens Hjorth-Larsen by e-mail jhl@radiuscph.dk or by phone (+45) 3332 1616.

Unsolicited applications must be accompanied by a CV (including references) and relevant exam papers.

If you apply for a job at Radius and you are called in for an interview, you will go through a selection process, designed to make both yourself and us sure that we make the right choice. And if you are offered a job at Radius, you will have gone through three interviews and tests before signing your contract:

The first round is a job interview, where you get the chance to elaborate on your written application. The interview is rounded off with a test of your writing skills. Afterwards, you will receive a work-related personality test by e-mail. In connection with the next interview, our business psychologist will give you feedback on your results from the test.

The second round begins with a one-hour case preparation. After your preparation, you will receive feedback on your personality test from the business psychologist. Next, you will be invited to present the case, which you have prepared. Your presentation will serve as the basis for our conversation.

The third time we meet, we go over the specific terms and conditions regarding your employment at Radius.

Internship

Every semester we welcome interns to the team. Interns get the chance to grapple with the real world in a communication agency – and perform tasks for some of the country’s largest and most interesting businesses, organizations and public authorities.

Our interns come from many different lines of study, e.g. journalism, communication, rhetoric, political science or business.

They are eloquent, creative and skilled – and have an urge to improve their skills further. Remuneration for the internship is very generous.

If you’re interested in an internship with Radius, you are very welcome to contact Head of Talent Katrine Lerche by e-mail kl@radiuscph.dk or phone (+45) 2927 4976.
