Radius Talent
Would you like to work with corporate communication, PR, campaigns or public affairs? Are you keen to know more about the consultancy industry? And would you like to complete an internship in a place where you’ll be given responsibility and be part of a thriving social community? Then Radius Talent is the right path for you.
What is Radius Talent?
Radius Talent is our internship that gives you a taste of the daily life of an advisor. We tailor the course to suit you, your experience and your education, and take into account what you would like to learn more about and which field you want to work with in the future.
You will work with a wide range of communication disciplines; everything from journalistic text production and digital communication to public affairs, analysis, campaigns and branding. We’ll take you through the entire assignment mill and give you an insight into clients across a wide range of industries. And you’ll get the opportunity to work with some of the country’s most exciting companies, organisations and public authorities.
As an intern at Radius CPH, you will become part of the team on equal terms with the rest of us. Your ideas are just as important as those of the rest of the team when you work on client assignments together with other colleagues.
Many current and former advisors at Radius CPH began their careers as interns at Radius Talent, so there’s a good chance you can do the same.
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who is interested in communication, and who has a keen eye for what’s going on in society.
We value experience, personality and professionalism highly, but most of all we are interested in what you can and will learn. We’re not so interested in what you’re currently studying, however relevant further education would be e.g. communication studies, political science, media studies, journalism, rhetoric or marketing.
You are comfortable with both written and oral communication, and you bring ideas and energy to the table because you are passionate about delivering the best results to clients along with your team of colleagues. You understand what a deadline is and the importance of being service minded to our clients.
And finally, you possess what we call the ‘advisor gene’: The desire and ability to put your professional expertise into play and the potential to develop into a talented advisor. These are the type of people that make up Radius CPH.
The internship in practice
The internship usually takes six months. In the spring, the internship period is from 1 February to 30 June, while in the autumn the period runs from 15 August to 31 January, but it can be arranged to suit you and your studies.
We are looking for students for Radius Talent for both the spring and autumn semesters, and you will find the internship postings on our career site, where you can also upload your CV and application.
You will of course be paid while you are doing your internship at Radius, and you should expect to work full-time during the period – of course with regard to your exams.
