In Radius CPH we are a close-knit team of advisors, counting approximately 40 of the most talented strategists and specialists in the Danish communications industry.
We come from widely varied business and educational backgrounds. Some have experience from larger Danish and international companies, interest organisations, consultancies and agencies, while others have experience from the political system. Despite our differences, we have one thing in common: we all bring our individual strengths, experience and expertise to the table.
Developing the industry's best advisors
Professional development is a top priority for Radius CPH. Since 2003, we have helped develop some of the most talented communicators in the industry. We owe this to the ongoing training we give our employees – and to the fact that the assignments we take on are complex.
We also work systematically with competency profiles and provide opportunities for our colleagues to advance to the next level as an advisor. As an employee, you can be employed as a junior consultant, consultant, advisor, senior advisor, chief advisor, Director or Partner.

Talent development for students
At Radius CPH, we take responsibility for the next generation of communication advisors. Not only because it’s the right thing to do, when you are the leading consultancy firm in your field, but also because we become socially and professionally richer by working with, training and being inspired by future communicators.
That is why we offer students a choice of two courses: Our “Radius Talent” internship and our “Rådgiverakademiet” training course, which you can read more about below.
Many of our current and former advisors in Radius CPH started out as interns in Radius Talent. So there’s a good chance that you can do the same.
Radius Talent
Would you like to do an internship at one of Denmark’s leading communication companies within corporate communication and public affairs? Then our Radius Talent internship course is the right path for you.
You’ll have the opportunity to bring your ideas to the table from day one. Developing our employees is a high priority for us, and as part of Radius Talent, you will have the opportunity to unlock your potential and grow in close collaboration with an experienced Radius employee who will act as your mentor throughout the process.
Rådgiverakademiet
Want to learn how to become a talented advisor in the future? Then the “Rådgiverakademiet” is the right path for you. You’ll gain tools for oral, written, digital and creative communication from some of the most talented advisors in the country. We know that as a student, your timetable is already packed. That’s why the Rådgiverakademiet’s course is spread over five Tuesday evenings over the course of four months.
